You and Aaron had terrible colds at thankgiving and I only saw you creep downstairs one time!!!! You guys were pathetic!!!! I hate being sick!!
Oy, that was awful! We should have just stayed home.
Cami, I need to be invited to your blog again. Sorry :$
Never mind! I got through!
Hey! Eat a cookie!
Besides the "5 cents please" conversations ... the first thing that comes to mind about you is actually more about Aaron.
I remember the phone call when he asked me how he should go about starting a dating relationship with you. He said he was dropping hints but you weren't catching them, and I said that hints weren't going to fly. Then he suggested doing a group activity (I even remember what it was - an exhibition of Russian art at the Portland art museum) and I vetoed that. I said if he wanted to date you, then he should DATE YOU and ditch the group activities. Oooohhhhhh ... The light bulb came on! And you were engaged by the end of the month.
Also, I think of you frequently because the quilt you and Amanda made for my wedding gift is the one on my bed.
I remember that triple date we went on when we dressed up, went to have dinner at the rose garden - remember the guy who took our picture? - and then on to the theater, and taking pictures showing a little leg under the fountain ... still have pictures of that somewhere.:)
ha ha!! I loved Trina's comment - very funny :-)
So - I have a bajillion - the first time we met was at the big regional youth conference - or was it just for Young Women. If my memory serves me correctly we were both feeling a bit lost and forlorn in the courtyard and best friends at sight :-)
Then of course you remember the 4th year backpacking trip, and those snowball fights, or picnics with green food, or beach trips, or...
Anyway, so my last parting memory is of us at the Oregon coast roasting hotdogs in the rain underneath an umbrella :-)
p.s. I can't wait to SEE you!!!
I miss going up to your apartment to watch X-files and Malcolm in the Middle.
And how your big pillow was completely off-limits. ^_^
