What kid likes doing chores? Not many, especially mine. But they do like to occasionally help wash the dishes. There's nothing like water and bubbles to make a kid happy! Here are my happy helpers scrubbing some pans while I make dinner. They were so proud when the were done! And they helped to mop up the water mess that was left over! Now, if only that spirit of helpfulness had lasted :)

That is so cute! Since our dishwasher has been broken we have been doing A LOT of dises by hand - I love it when Jacob pulls up a chair and starts fishing the dishes out of the rinse water.
