Funny Sayings Part 2

My boys totally crack me up sometimes. Here are a few of the things they've said recently that had me chuckling.


Earth Day was celebrated recently and Samuel had been learning about recycling, the environment, etc. in school. Last week, in church, the congregation sang "America the Beautiful". In the middle Samuel leaned over to Aaron and said, "Dad! America isn't beautiful! It's dirty!"


One night, while playing video games, Adam chokes a bit on a sip of water and Samuel POUNDS on his back to "help" him.
Me: "Don't pound so hard, Samuel!"
Adam: "It's OK, Mom! I like being pounded on!"


Adam: "Mom, do you know what makes you so special?"
Me: What, honey? (and totally melting inside)
Adam: "Because you're my best mommy ever!"


At the Pirate Faire
Samuel: "Adam, say "arrr!' "
Adam: "Uugggh!"
Samuel: "No! 'Arrrr!' like a pirate!"
Adam: "Uuuggghh!"
Me: "No. Pirate, not caveman!"
Adam: "Aarr Uuggghhh!"
This sounds funnier in real life :P
