Monkey Bread

I have a goal this year to learn 40 new recipes ( and only 10 of those can be desserts) to add to our family menu options. It's a lot, but I'm excited about it! I have been making a lot of effort since the start of the year to meet this goal and have had mixed results. Out of the 7 recipes I've tried so far, 3 have been total bombs. They didn't turn out to taste as good as I thought they would.

Here's one that came out great! It's Monkey Bread. Not sure why it's named that, but there you go. It's basically cinnamon rolls made out of biscuit dough and a brown sugar glaze. I thought it was OK, but my boys loved it and scarfed it down in record time!

With 52 weeks in the year, that's less than 1 a week - easy! Go April! (And post them on the recipe blog!)
